Yoga at the seaside, every day in a different place
Do you practice yoga or would you like to start? Do you love the sun and the sea? Would you like to get to know the Adriatic? Then join us for yoga on board.
Under the guidance of a yoga master, we’ll exercise morning and evening by the murmuring sea. We’ll find a good spot without a lot of onlookers – someplace on a flat, stone pier, the jetty of a small port, or a pebble beach. In addition to yoga, we can also look forward to walks along seaside promenades and through the gorgeous landscape and, of course, to swimming. The most eager might feel challenged to climb the islands’ highest peak, several hundred meters above sea level. During the week we’ll sail through the islands, changing our surroundings and the spot where we exercise daily. We’ll visit picturesque port towns with a history dating back to antiquity, as well as small islands where, besides a handful of locals, we’ll enjoy the place all to ourselves.
Healthy food goes with yoga. The ship’s chef will cook vegetarian meals according to traditional local recipes. Vegetarian cuisine will be supplemented with light fish and seafood.
Typical daily program:
7:30–9:00 Morning yoga – pranayama (breath exercise) and meditation
9:00 Healthy breakfast and setting sail
10:00–13:00 Cruise; swimming at anchor
13:00 Lunch: light, (e.g. salads); setting sail
13:00–17:00 Cruise, disembarkation, trip
17:00–18:30 Evening yoga on a pier
18:30–19:00 Swimming, evening meditation, and yoga nidra (deep relaxation)
19:00 Dinner; information on the following day; free evening
